- He got over his "Stranger Danger" anxiety. He is now a lover with all. He reaches for everyone. And smiles with everyone.
- He learned what the cat says: "Meow." He even said it a couple times.
- He has been sleeping for 12 hours from Day 1 that we moved in with my parents, and has continued it ever since. (He was for months, and then he went through a phase where he was waking up again)
- He is crawling!!!!! ALL OVER.
- He has also figured out how to sit up from his tummy. (That was a huge accomplishment for him personally. He was getting really impatient and irritated every time he tried, he is now a natural)
- He is pulling himself up to standing and holding himself up all on his own.
- He says Mama (indiscriminately)!
- He sits in the BIG BOY front of the shopping carts now.
- He has 7 teeth and atleast 3 more coming in...including a molar!
- He is talking and laughing and talking and laughing
- He waves Hello and Goodbye
- He uses his index finger to point
- He is eating more and more "real" food such as: cheerios, crackers, avocados, bananas, water melon, carrots, peas, animal crackers, and teething cookies and crackers
- He moved into his NEW HOME and loves it. So much to explore. (Granted, his nursery will never be the same as "the original," but it is a little bigger,) and he now has a playroom and a yard.
- He is practicing his "sippy cup" and is doing better everyday.
- He does know how to feed himself his bottle, but still prefers others to do the job for him.

What a difference 6-weeks makes. Everyday, I ask him "Who are you and what did you do with Baby Jacob?" He smiles and laughs. He loves being a big boy. From Old House to Grandma and Grandpa's House to New House to Baby to Toddler. WOW. As far as "Baby Proofing" the house goes...ummm, it doesn't really go with the decor...but I digress. And...the best part: At the end of the day, his favorite person is Mama. And I love it. I love how he reaches for me even when he is with Daddy and Grandma...Ohhhh, how sweet it is.
Oh, and Whataboutit?!...
Whoever said "It takes 9-months to put it on and 9-months to take it off" well, great. It has been 9-months, and I still hate how I look. It is the 9-month point, and I want my body back already!!!!

What a big boy! I don't think Peyton is gonna crawl. She prefers standing up.
I love his smile. Can't wait to see your new house!
Congrats on the new house. Jacob is such a cutie. As for the weight I am still trying to lose it too and Raegan is 19 months! I have no excuse.
