CONGRATULATIONS TO KAREN AND JARED!!!
..and to my mom and dad on expecting their 1st Granddaughter!
Our family has waited a long time for this moment...and the Little Princess in on her way! To all of my friends with girls: I can buy hair bows now too!!!!))
On Tuesday, March 16th, Karen and Jared had their (19-week) ultrasound. All was great with the little beauty. They then had the doctor/tech write down on a little note what they were having, they folded it up, without even cheating, and brought it to a bakery where they requested a cake be made with white frosting on the outside and pink or blue frosting on the inside representing boy or girl- On Saturday, March 20th, they had a GENDER PARTY --each of us dressed in either pink or blue (I dressed in PINK, both Karen and Jared dressed in BLUE) to represent what we think this baby is going to be- they cut the cake, AND PINK!!!!!! She is SO going to be the PRINCESS of the family! We cannot wait to meet and love her.
