Family Day at Millenium Park

"The Boy and the Bean"~ July 2010

The Sunday after my brother's wedding, we decided to do a family day in the city- just the 3 of us. We had a great time enjoying the nice weather, and all the things that Chicago has to offer that even we have never experienced...we made our way to Millenium Park. We got to see "The Bean," the different fountains, sculptures, and beautiful skyline of the city. While we were there, we enjoyed some time in the "Target Family Tent" where there were hula-hoops for the kids, blocks, books, music, and lots of fun stuff. We ended the afternoon with some lunch at The Park Grill overlooking Michigan Avenue. Chicago really is super family friendly. We had a great time!
